{"id":8589,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1\/1997","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1, DE 24 DE FEVEREIRO DE 1997","ano":"1997","data":"1997-02-24","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE REAJUSTE DA TABELA DE VENCIMENTOS DOS SERVIDORES P\u00daBLICOS MUNICIPAIS DO PODER LEGISLATIVO.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8589","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE REAJUSTE DA TABELA DE VENCIMENTOS DOS SERVIDORES P\u00daBLICOS MUNICIPAIS DO PODER LEGISLATIVO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 01\/97, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 016 de 1997, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO ARTIGO 18 IV DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, SANCIONO E PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Os valores da tabela de vencimentos dos servidores p\u00fablicos municipais ativos e inativos da Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal, ficam reajustados em 6,00% (seis por cento).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> O sal\u00e1rio fam\u00edlia fica reajustado no mesmo percentual previsto neste artigo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> As despesas decorrentes com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, correr\u00e3o \u00e0 conta de verbas pr\u00f3prias consignadas em or\u00e7amento, suplementadas quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos a 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1997.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Plen\u00e1rio \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d, aos 24 de fevereiro de 1997.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Gi\u00e1como Vit\u00f3rio Longo Roveri<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Arquimedes Neves<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 24 de fevereiro de 1997.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Waldenir Aparecido Cuin<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor Geral<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-26T04:34:41-03:00"}
