{"id":8568,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1\/1995","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1, DE 26 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1994","ano":"1995","data":"1994-12-26","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE O QUADRO DE PESSOAL E A TABELA DE VENCIMENTOS DOS SERVIDORES DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8568","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE O QUADRO DE PESSOAL E A TABELA DE VENCIMENTOS DOS SERVIDORES DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/94, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 179 de 1994, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO INCISO IV DO ARTIGO 18 DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> <span>Fica institu\u00eddo o Quadro de Pessoal da C\u00e2mara Municipal, constitu\u00eddo de Cargos de Provimento Efetivo e em Comiss\u00e3o, com suas respectivas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, conforme os termos do Anexo I, que fica fazendo parte integrante desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Os vencimentos dos cargos de que trata o artigo anterior s\u00e3o os constantes do Anexo II, que fica fazendo parte integrante desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Fica expressamente revogada a gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o especial de atividade legislativa, institu\u00edda pela <a href=\"https:\/\/pesquisadeleis.com.br\/sp\/votuporanga\/legislacao\/40345\/lei-ordinaria-2315-dispoe-sobre-o-quadro-de-pessoal-e-o-sistema-retribuitorio-da-secretaria-administrativa-da-camara-municipal-de-votuporanga-e-da-outras-providencias\">Lei n\u00ba 2.315, de 08 de junho de 1989<\/a>, no percentual equivalente a trinta por cento do vencimento e alterado para cinquenta por cento pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1991\/junho\/591.php\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 05\/91, de 24 de junho de 1991<\/a>, sem efeito retroativo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Ficam expressamente revogadas as gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es de fun\u00e7\u00e3o de quinze, vinte e trinta por cento, respectivamente, para setor, se\u00e7\u00e3o e coordenadoria, institu\u00eddas pela <a href=\"https:\/\/pesquisadeleis.com.br\/sp\/votuporanga\/legislacao\/40441\/lei-ordinaria-2396-deldispoe-sobre-o-quadro-de-pessoal-plano-de-cargos-empregos-e-de-carreira-e-estabelece-o-regime-juridico-unico-para-os-servidores-da-administracao-publica-do-municipiodel\">Lei n\u00ba 2.396, de 26 de abril de 1990<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo os seus efeitos a 1\u00ba de janeiro de 1995, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Plen\u00e1rio \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d, 13 de janeiro de 1995.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Americo Adauto Leva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Arquimedes Neves<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 13 de janeiro de 1995.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Waldenir Aparecido Cuin<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-26T00:51:21-03:00"}
