(ABONO AOS SERVIDORES)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 04\/93, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 100 de 1993, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO ARTIGO 18, IV, DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> <span>Fica concedido um abono financeiro aos servidores e inativos da C\u00e2mara Municipal, no valor de Cr$ 7.000,00 (sete mil cruzeiros reais), a ser pago em parcelas destacadas, nos seguintes per\u00edodos:<\/span><\/p><blockquote style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Cr$ 1.500,00 (hum mil e quinhentos cruzeiros reais) no m\u00eas de setembro;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Cr$ 1.500,00 (hum mil e quinhentos cruzeiros reais) no m\u00eas de outubro;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Cr$ 2.000,00 (dois mil e quinhentos cruzeiros reais) no m\u00eas de novembro;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Cr$ 2.000,00 (dois mil e quinhentos cruzeiros reais) no m\u00eas de dezembro.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>As despesas decorrentes desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, correr\u00e3o \u00e0 conta de dota\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias do or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos a 1\u00ba de setembro de 1993.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Plen\u00e1rio \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d, aos 27 de setembro de 1993.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Oz\u00f3rio Casado<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Walter Ferreira da Costa<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 27 de setembro de 1993.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Waldenir Aparecido Cuin<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-25T23:31:45-03:00"}
