{"id":8537,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 4\/1991","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 4, DE 3 DE JUNHO DE 1991","ano":"1991","data":"1991-06-03","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE EMENDA \u00c0 RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 5, DE 1990.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8537","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE EMENDA \u00c0 RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 5, DE 1990.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos as emendas 01 e 02, \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1990\/junho\/590.php\">resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 05\/90<\/a>, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO ARTIGO 18, IV, DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><blockquote style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><strong>\u201c<\/strong><\/i><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>. . . . . <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a7 1\u00ba<\/strong> O valor correspondente em cruzeiros previstos neste artigo, passa a ser atualizado mensalmente de acordo com a Taxa Referencial, do m\u00eas anterior, criada pela <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l8177.htm\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.177\/91<\/a>;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a7 2\u00ba<\/strong> Se eventualmente o \u00edndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor vier a ser divulgado os c\u00e1lculos dever\u00e3o ser refeitos, com a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os do Consumidor, efetuando-se pagamento de poss\u00edveis diferen\u00e7as.<i><strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 7\u00ba <\/strong>Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo seus efeitos a primeiro de abril de 1991. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d, aos 03 de junho de 1991.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Dr. Jorge Augusto Seba<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 03 de junho de 1991.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Waldenir Aparecido Cuin<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-24T16:03:03-03:00"}
