{"id":8461,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1\/1981","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 1, DE 17 DE JANEIRO DE 1981","ano":"1981","data":"1981-01-17","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO ARTIGO 11\u00ba E OUTROS, DO REGIMENTO INTERNO.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8461","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO ARTIGO 11\u00ba E OUTROS, DO REGIMENTO INTERNO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 12\/80, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 460 de 1980, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>O artigo 11, da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1975\/maio\/975.php\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/75, de 26\/05\/1975<\/a>, Regimento Interno, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><blockquote style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u201cArt. 11.<\/strong> Para suprir a falta ou impedimento do Presidente e dos Secret\u00e1rios, em Plen\u00e1rio, haver\u00e1 um 1\u00ba Vice-Presidente e um 2\u00ba Vice-Presidente, e ainda, um 3\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio, eleitos juntamente com os membros da Mesa. Nas aus\u00eancias, as substitui\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o sucessivas.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>No par\u00e1grafo 2\u00ba, do artigo 11, e demais do Regimento Interno, onde se l\u00ea: \u201cVice-Presidente.....\u201d, leia-se: \u201c1\u00ba Vice-Presidente\u2026..\u201d.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor no dia 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1981, revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d, aos 17 de janeiro de 1981.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Octaviano Nogueira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 17 de janeiro de 1981.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Chefe de Gabinete<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-20T08:16:38-03:00"}
