OCT\u00c1VIO VISCARDI, A SALA DE SESS\u00d5ES DA EDILIDADE.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 3\/77, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 293 de 1977, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>A Sala de Sess\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, passa a denominar-se: Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1993\/junho\/193.php\">(Vide Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1\/93, de 28.06.1993)<\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> A Presid\u00eancia providenciar\u00e1, oportunamente, a confec\u00e7\u00e3o de placa designativa, a ser colocada e inaugurada no recinto de reuni\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara Municipal.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o da placa mencionada no artigo anterior, ao final de toda propositura apresentada para delibera\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 constar, obrigatoriamente, Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \u201cDr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\u201d.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1993\/junho\/193.php\">(Vide Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1\/93, de 28.06.1993)<\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> As despesas decorrentes com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, correr\u00e3o a conta de dota\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, aos 27 de junho de 1977.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Jos\u00e9 Nunes Pereira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 27 de junho de 1977.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Chefe de Gabinete<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-23T13:38:44-03:00"}
