PREFEITO MUNICIPAL PARA O PR\u00d3XIMO MANDATO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 14\/68, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 287 de 1968, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>A partir de 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1969 os vencimentos mensais do Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio, ficam fixados de conformidade com a seguinte tabela:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>- para o exerc\u00edcio de 1969 ..... NCr$ 1.400,00 mensais<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>- para o exerc\u00edcio de 1970 ..... NCr$ 1.600,00 mensais<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>- para o exerc\u00edcio de 1971 ..... NCr$ 1.800,00 mensais<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>- para o exerc\u00edcio de 1972 ..... NCr$ 2.000,00 mensais<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> A verba mensal de representa\u00e7\u00e3o fica fixada em 40% (quarenta por cento) dos vencimentos mensais, entrando em vigor a partir de 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1969.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>As despesas decorrentes da execu\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo anterior, no exerc\u00edcio de 1969, correr\u00e3o por conta das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias pr\u00f3prias, ficando o Chefe do Executivo autorizado a suplement\u00e1-las, por decreto, nas import\u00e2ncias necess\u00e1rias, abrindo cr\u00e9ditos adicionais na conformidade do que disp\u00f5e a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l4320.htm\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 4.320, de 17 de mar\u00e7o de 1964<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> Nos exerc\u00edcios subsequentes os recursos necess\u00e1rios constar\u00e3o obrigatoriamente das respectivas leis or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, aos 04 de novembro de 1968.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Joaquim Franco Gracia<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente em Exerc\u00edcio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Jos\u00e9 Nunes Pereira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 04 de novembro de 1968.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-19T10:07:15-03:00"}
