{"id":8317,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 2\/1964","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 2, DE 30 DE MAIO DE 1964","ano":"1964","data":"1964-05-30","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE AUMENTO DE VENCIMENTOS AO FUNCIONALISMO DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8317","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE AUMENTO DE VENCIMENTOS AO FUNCIONALISMO DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 3\/64, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 121 de 1964, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Os vencimentos dos funcion\u00e1rios da Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, passam a ser os fixados de acordo com a tabela anexa, assim:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Para ocorrer com as despesas com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da presente resolu\u00e7\u00e3o fica suplementada a verba 001-8-00-0-Pessoal Fixo, na import\u00e2ncia de Cr$ 300.000,00 (trezentos mil cruzeiros).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> A suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o constante do artigo 2\u00ba, desta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 coberta com a anula\u00e7\u00e3o parcial na import\u00e2ncia de Cr$ 300.000,00, da verba 001-8-00-4, item V, do or\u00e7amento vigente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, retroagindo-se seus efeitos a 1\u00ba de maio de 1964.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba <\/strong>Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 30 de maio de 1964.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Azis Jos\u00e9 Abdo<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Fleury Angelo Cecchini<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 30 de maio de 1964.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-21T12:07:57-03:00"}
