{"id":8308,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 14\/1962","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 14, DE 17 DE NOVEMBRO DE 1962","ano":"1962","data":"1962-11-17","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO ARTIGO N\u00ba 1, DA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 15\/61, DE 28\/08\/1961.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8308","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO ARTIGO N\u00ba 1, DA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 15\/61, DE 28\/08\/1961.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 7\/62, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 138 de 1962, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> O Art. 1\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/61, de 28 de agosto de 1961, passa a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><s><strong>\u201cArt. 1\u00ba<\/strong> O sal\u00e1rio-fam\u00edlia, institu\u00eddo pelo art. 99, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado, ser\u00e1 concedido a todo ocupante de cargo p\u00fablico de provimento efetivo, que tiver dependentes, na raz\u00e3o de Cr$ 1.200,00 (um mil e duzentos cruzeiros) mensais, por dependente.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><s><strong>\u201cArt. 1\u00ba<\/strong> O sal\u00e1rio-fam\u00edlia, institu\u00eddo pelo art. 99, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado, ser\u00e1 concedido a todo ocupante de cargo p\u00fablico de provimento efetivo, que tiver dependentes, na raz\u00e3o de Cr$ 3.000 (tr\u00eas mil cruzeiros) mensais, por dependente.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/s><\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1965\/dezembro\/965.php\"><i><s>(Reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/65, de 21.12.1965)<\/s><\/i><\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>O sal\u00e1rio-fam\u00edlia, institu\u00eddo por lei, ser\u00e1 concedido aos funcion\u00e1rios da Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal, \u00e0 raz\u00e3o de NCr$ 4,80 (quatro cruzeiros novos e oitenta centavos) mensais, por dependente.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.leinasnuvens.com.br\/legislacao\/SP\/votuporanga\/resolucao\/1968\/mar%C3%A7o\/368.php\"><i>(Reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 3\/68, de 25.03.1968)<\/i><\/a><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor no dia 1\u00ba de janeiro de 1963.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 17 de novembro de 1962.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Ultimatum Fava<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Antonio Comar<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>2\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio em Exerc\u00edcio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 17 de novembro de 1962.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-21T18:49:42-03:00"}
