OCTAVIO VISCARDI, VICE - PREFEITO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 7\/58, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 83\/58, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>\u00c9 declarado o impedimento do cidad\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alves Leite para o exerc\u00edcio do cargo de Prefeito Municipal de Votuporanga. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Fica convocado o Vice-Prefeito Octavio Viscardi, para assumir o Poder Executivo do Munic\u00edpio, nos termos do artigo 47, \u00a7 1\u00ba, da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.al.sp.gov.br\/norma\/28255\">Lei n\u00ba 1, de 18 de setembro de 1947<\/a> (Lei Org\u00e2nica dos Munic\u00edpios).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Extende-se o impedimento do artigo primeiro aos vereadores Deocleciano de Souza Viana Filho e Jos\u00e9 Dirceu de Carvalho; a Mesa convocar\u00e1 os seus suplentes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor imediatamente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba <\/strong>Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 26 de maio de 1958.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Herculano Beretta<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Od\u00e1cio Miguel<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Paulo Ferreira de Oliveira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>2\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 26 de maio de 1958.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Raphael Luiz Mayr<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-21T01:59:31-03:00"}
