{"id":8237,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 10\/1956","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 10, DE 6 DE AGOSTO DE 1956","ano":"1956","data":"1956-08-06","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O REGIMENTAL (ALTERA O ARTIGO 87\u00ba DO REGIMENTO INTERNO).","autores":["C\u00cdCERO BARBOSA LIMA J\u00daNIOR"],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8237","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O REGIMENTAL (ALTERA O ARTIGO 87\u00ba DO REGIMENTO INTERNO).)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 5\/56, que se refere ao Processo n\u00ba 53-A\/56, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>O artigo 87\u00ba do Regimento Interno da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, passa a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><strong>\u201cArt. 87.<\/strong> Ter\u00e3o apenas uma discuss\u00e3o as resolu\u00e7\u00f5es sobre:<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>a) contas do Legislativo e Executivo;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>b) perda de mandato de vereador;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>c) concess\u00e3o de licen\u00e7a para processo criminal ou pris\u00e3o de vereador;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>d) licen\u00e7a ao prefeito;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>e) atos de servi\u00e7os da C\u00e2mara;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>f) atos do Presidente da C\u00e2mara ou do Prefeito;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>g) recursos.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. <\/strong>Ter\u00e3o duas discuss\u00f5es as resolu\u00e7\u00f5es sobre:<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>a) cria\u00e7\u00e3o e extin\u00e7\u00e3o de cargos, aumento de vencimentos e modifica\u00e7\u00f5es do quadro de pessoal da C\u00e2mara;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>b) fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do subs\u00eddio e verba de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>c) or\u00e7amento de despesas do Poder Legislativo;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>d) abertura de cr\u00e9ditos referentes \u00e0s verbas da C\u00e2mara;<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i>e) altera\u00e7\u00e3o regimental.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 06 de agosto de 1956.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Cicero Barbosa Lima J\u00fanior<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Herculano Beretta<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 06 de agosto de 1956.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Raphael Luiz Mayr<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-19T11:29:36-03:00"}
