Presidente e Secret\u00e1rio da Comiss\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a7 2\u00ba<\/strong> No livro de \u201cRegistro de Pareceres\u201d s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o inseridos os pareceres aprovados e rejeitados pelo plen\u00e1rio da Comiss\u00e3o. Os pareceres apresentados pelos relatores e sobre os quais a Comiss\u00e3o n\u00e3o pronunciar-se, ser\u00e3o considerados \u201cvotos em separados\u201d, e n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o transcritos no livro competente, mas, sim, juntados aos respectivos processos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a7 3\u00ba<\/strong> As atas das Comiss\u00f5es ser\u00e3o assinadas pelo Presidente e Secret\u00e1rio.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>O artigo 36 do Regimento Interno passa a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><blockquote style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u201cArt. 36.<\/strong> Cada Comiss\u00e3o eleger\u00e1 um Presidente o qual escolher\u00e1 um membro para servir de Secret\u00e1rio durante o ano legislativo e designar\u00e1 um relator para os trabalhos em pauta.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 06 de agosto de 1956.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>C\u00edcero Barbosa Lima J\u00fanior<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Herculano Beretta<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 06 de agosto de 1956.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Raphael Luiz Mayr<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-19T03:12:05-03:00"}
