{"id":8234,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 7\/1956","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 7, DE 4 DE JUNHO DE 1956","ano":"1956","data":"1956-06-04","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE NORMAS, PARA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CONTAS DO PODER LEGISLATIVO.","autores":["C\u00cdCERO BARBOSA LIMA J\u00daNIOR"],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8234","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE NORMAS, PARA APRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CONTAS DO PODER LEGISLATIVO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n                    <del><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA, RESOLVE:<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 2\/56, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 25\/56, a saber:<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>As contas do Poder Legislativo ser\u00e3o apresentadas pela Presid\u00eancia anualmente, obedecendo-se as normas j\u00e1 estabelecidas.<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>O Balan\u00e7o Geral ser\u00e1 apresentado de acordo com os atos em vigor e at\u00e9 o dia 30 de janeiro do exerc\u00edcio seguinte composto dos anexos:<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>I \u2013 balan\u00e7o Financeiro;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>II \u2013 balan\u00e7o Patrimonial;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>III \u2013 demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o Patrimonial;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>IV \u2013 mapa corporativo de despesa fixada e da efetivamente realizada;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>V \u2013 c\u00f3pia dos contratos celebrados durante o ano;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>VI \u2013 rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens patrimoniais;<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s>VII \u2013 documentos das despesas efetuadas, classificadas de acordo com as dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias, de conformidade com as tabelas explicativas.<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>Fica a Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal autorizada a baixar os atos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o das novas normas para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de suas contas.<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><s><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/s><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 04 de junho de 1956.<\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s><strong>Cicero Barbosa Lima J\u00fanior<\/strong><\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s>Presidente<\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s><strong>Valentim Parizi<\/strong><\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s>Secret\u00e1rio<\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i><s>Publicada e registrada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 04 de junho de 1956.<\/s><\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s><strong>Raphael Luiz Mayr<\/strong><\/s><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><s>Diretor da Secretaria<\/s><\/i><\/p><\/del>\n                <\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-18T11:54:57-03:00"}
