{"id":8204,"numero_formatado":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 12\/1954","titulo_capa_diario":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 12, DE 26 DE NOVEMBRO DE 1954","ano":"1954","data":"1954-11-26","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE A CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE UM TAQU\u00cdGRAFO, PARA A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/8204","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE A CONTRATA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS SERVI\u00c7OS DE UM TAQU\u00cdGRAFO, PARA A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar a seguinte resolu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 4, que se refere ao Processo n\u00ba 73\/54, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA A SEGUINTE RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 12<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica a Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga autorizada a contratar os servi\u00e7os de um taqu\u00edgrafo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>O Taqu\u00edgrafo da C\u00e2mara Municipal perceber\u00e1 Cr$ 200,00 (duzentos cruzeiros) por sess\u00e3o realizada e ter\u00e1 as seguintes obriga\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">a) comparecer e taquigrafar todas as sess\u00f5es convocadas e programadas pela C\u00e2mara Municipal;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">b) traduzir no dia imediato \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da sess\u00e3o, o assunto discutido na mesma; e,<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">c) anotar no livro de \u201cComparecimento de Funcion\u00e1rios\u201d da Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal, o comparecimento \u00e0s sess\u00f5es, para efeito de recebimento do numer\u00e1rio citado no artigo 2\u00ba.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>As despesas com a execu\u00e7\u00e3o desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, correr\u00e3o por conta de verbas pr\u00f3prias a serem inclu\u00eddas em or\u00e7amento.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 26 de novembro de 1954.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Joaquim Franco Garcia<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hernani de Mattos Nabuco<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicada na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 26 de novembro de 1954.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Raphael Luiz Mayr<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-19T17:05:04-03:00"}
