{"id":7877,"numero_formatado":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 4\/1992","titulo_capa_diario":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 4, DE 22 DE JUNHO DE 1992","ano":"1992","data":"1992-06-22","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 01\/92.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/7877","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DO DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 01\/92.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o o projeto de decreto legislativo n\u00b0 06\/92, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 078 de 1992, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU, NOS TERMOS DO ARTIGO 18, IV, DA LEI ORG\u00c2NICA DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO, PROMULGO O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>O Artigo 1\u00ba, do Decreto Legislativo n\u00b0 01\/92, passa a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><blockquote style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u201cArt. 1\u00ba<\/strong> A atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o mensal da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito e Vice-Prefeito, ser\u00e1 feita tomando-se por base setenta por cento da varia\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor, calculado pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Instituto de Pesquisas Econ\u00f4micas FIPE - da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, do m\u00eas anterior, conforme parecer do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo - Processo T.C. 4.514\/026\/91, Anexo I, que fica fazendo parte integrante deste Decreto.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Este Decreto Legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, gerando seus efeitos a partir de 01 de agosto de 1992.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \"Dr.Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\", aos 22 de junho de 1992.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>ARNALDO JOS\u00c9 SANTA F\u00c9 TRINDADE<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>VANDERLEY MARTINS FERNANDES<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 22 de junho de 1992.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>WALDENIR APARECIDO CUIN<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Diretor da Secretaria<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-25T20:21:58-03:00"}
