{"id":7795,"numero_formatado":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 6\/1980","titulo_capa_diario":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 6, DE 1 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1980","ano":"1980","data":"1980-12-01","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE FIXA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SUBS\u00cdDIO E VERBA DE REPRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SENHOR PREFEITO MUNICIPAL.","autores":[],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/7795","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE FIXA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SUBS\u00cdDIO E VERBA DE REPRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SENHOR PREFEITO MUNICIPAL.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o o projeto de decreto legislativo n\u00ba 5\/80, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 461 de 1980, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> O subs\u00eddio do Prefeito Municipal de Votuporanga, fixado pelo Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 6\/76, de 13\/09\/76, em Cr$ 12.000,00 para 1977; Cr$ 16.000,00 para 1978; Cr$ 20.000,00 para 1979, e Cr$ 24.000,00 para 1980, em raz\u00e3o da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da atual legislatura, ter\u00e1 reajustes autom\u00e1ticos em 1981 e 1982, tomando-se como refer\u00eancia o subs\u00eddio inicial de Cr$ 12.000,00, em 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1977, corrigido pelas varia\u00e7\u00f5es das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es reajust\u00e1veis do tesouro nacional.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Os valores atribu\u00eddos ao subs\u00eddio nos anos de 1981 e 1982, n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser inferiores ao maior padr\u00e3o de vencimento pago a funcion\u00e1rio do Munic\u00edpio, padr\u00e3o \"N\", de conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> A verba de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito Municipal, fica fixada em 2\/3 (dois ter\u00e7os) do valor do subs\u00eddio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> A verba de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Vice-Prefeito Municipal, ser\u00e1 fixada em metade da representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong> Este decreto legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor no dia 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1981, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \"Dr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\", ao 1\u00ba de dezembro de 1980.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Octaviano Nogueira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria Administrativa da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, ao 1\u00ba de dezembro de 1980.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Chefe de Gabinete<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-23T18:42:59-03:00"}
