FRANCISCO HENRIQUE FERNANDO DE BARROS.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de decreto legislativo n\u00ba 7\/77, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 533 de 1977, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Fica concedido ao Sr. Dr. Francisco Henrique Fernando de Barros, Excelent\u00edssimo Secret\u00e1rio de Obras e Meio Ambiente do Governo de S\u00e3o Paulo, o t\u00edtulo de CIDAD\u00c3O VOTUPORANGUENSE, pelos relevantes servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 causa p\u00fablica.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> A entrega da referida honraria ser\u00e1 feita em sess\u00e3o solene, a ser marcada pela Presid\u00eancia e, nos termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/pesquisadeleis.com.br\/sp\/votuporanga\/legislacao\/38187\/lei-ordinaria-968-dispoe-sobre-suplementacao-de-verba-orcamentaria\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/68, de 22\/4\/1968<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Este Decreto Legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, \"Dr. Oct\u00e1vio Viscardi\", aos 28 de novembro de 1977.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Jos\u00e9 Nunes Pereira<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Presidente<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><i>Publicado e registrado na Secretaria da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Votuporanga, aos 28 de novembro de 1977.<\/i><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Hugo Xavier da Silva<\/strong><\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Chefe de Gabinete<\/i><\/p><\/div>","texto_integral_disponivel":true,"exportado_em":"2026-08-23T15:16:16-03:00"}
