NELSON FERREIRA LEITE, JUIZ DO TRIBUNAL DE AL\u00c7ADA CRIMINAL DO ESTADO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de Decreto Legislativo n\u00ba 6\/76, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 430 de 1976, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica concedido ao Doutor Nelson Ferreira Leite, o t\u00edtulo de CIDAD\u00c3O VOTUPORANGUENSE, pelos relevantes servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 magistratura paulista, quer como primeiro Juiz de Direito da Comarca de Votuporanga, bem assim como Juiz do Tribunal de Al\u00e7ada Criminal do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, em cujas fun\u00e7\u00f5es se encontra atualmente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> A entrega da referida honraria ser\u00e1 feita em sess\u00e3o solene, a ser marcada pela Presid\u00eancia da C\u00e2mara, e nos termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/pesquisadeleis.com.br\/sp\/votuporanga\/legislacao\/38187\/lei-ordinaria-968-dispoe-sobre-suplementacao-de-verba-orcamentaria\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/68, de 22\/4\/68<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Este decreto legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, aos 18 de outubro de 1976.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Dr. D.S.
