{"id":7757,"numero_formatado":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 6\/1976","titulo_capa_diario":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 6, DE 13 DE SETEMBRO DE 1976","ano":"1976","data":"1976-09-13","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE FIXA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SUBSIDIO E VERBA DE REPRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SENHOR PREFEITO MUNICIPAL E VICE-PREFEITO.","autores":["JOAQUIM FIGUEIRA DA COSTA"],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/7757","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE FIXA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SUBSIDIO E VERBA DE REPRESENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SENHOR PREFEITO MUNICIPAL E VICE-PREFEITO.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal <\/strong>de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, com outra reda\u00e7\u00e3o o projeto de decreto legislativo, oferecido pela Comiss\u00e3o de Justi\u00e7a, Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e Reda\u00e7\u00e3o, ao processo n\u00ba 276 de 1976, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">FA\u00c7O SABER QUE A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA APROVOU E EU PROMULGO O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>O subs\u00eddio do Prefeito Municipal de Votuporanga para a legislatura 1977\/80, ser\u00e1 fixado, para cada exerc\u00edcio financeiro, nos termos do disposto abaixo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">a) 1977 - Cr$ 12.000,00;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">b) 1978 - Cr$ 16.000,00;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">c) 1979 - Cr$ 20.000,00; e,<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">d) 1980 - Cr$ 24.000,00.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.<\/strong> O recebimento do valor fixado para cada exerc\u00edcio financeiro, inicia-se em 1\u00ba de fevereiro de cada ano e encerra-se em 31 de janeiro do ano subsequente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>A verba de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito Municipal, ser\u00e1 fixada em 2\/3 (dois ter\u00e7os) do valor do subs\u00eddio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> A verba de representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Vice-Prefeito Municipal, para o exerc\u00edcio de 1977, ser\u00e1 fixada em metade da representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Prefeito.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> O Poder Executivo consignar\u00e1 nos or\u00e7amentos anuais dota\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias para o cumprimento do disposto neste decreto.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong> Este decreto legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, aos 13 de setembro de 1976.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Dr. D.S.
