{"id":7743,"numero_formatado":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 5\/1975","titulo_capa_diario":"DECRETO LEGISLATIVO N\u00ba 5, DE 3 DE JULHO DE 1975","ano":"1975","data":"1975-07-03","status":0,"status_label":"EM VIGOR","ementa":"DISP\u00d5E SOBRE CONCESS\u00c3O DE INS\u00cdGNIA DE HONRA AO M\u00c9RITO AO SENHOR MAR\u00c3O ABDO ALFAGALI.","autores":["JOS\u00c9 NUNES PEREIRA"],"assuntos":[],"id_processo":null,"url_processo":null,"url_canonica":"https:\/\/www.camaravotuporanga.sp.gov.br\/legislacao\/7743","capa_diario":{"linha_publicacao":"","ementa_capa":"(DISP\u00d5E SOBRE CONCESS\u00c3O DE INS\u00cdGNIA DE HONRA AO M\u00c9RITO AO SENHOR MAR\u00c3O ABDO ALFAGALI.)"},"preambulo_html":null,"texto_html":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>A Mesa da C\u00e2mara Municipal<\/strong> de Votuporanga, faz publicar o seguinte decreto legislativo:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA RESOLVE:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">APROVAR, nos seus termos o projeto de decreto legislativo n\u00ba 6\/75, que se refere ao processo n\u00ba 234 de 1975, a saber:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">A C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DE VOTUPORANGA DECRETA E PROMULGA O SEGUINTE DECRETO LEGISLATIVO:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Fica concedida ao Sr. Mar\u00e3o Abdo Alfagali, a ins\u00edgnia de \"Honra ao M\u00e9rito\", pelos relevantes servi\u00e7os prestados ao Munic\u00edpio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. <\/strong>A entrega da referida honraria ser\u00e1 feita em sess\u00e3o solene, a ser marcada pela Presid\u00eancia da C\u00e2mara, e nos termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/pesquisadeleis.com.br\/sp\/votuporanga\/legislacao\/38187\/lei-ordinaria-968-dispoe-sobre-suplementacao-de-verba-orcamentaria\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/68, de 22\/4\/1968<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Este decreto legislativo entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i>Sala das Sess\u00f5es, aos 03 de julho de 1975.<\/i><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\"><i><strong>Dr. D.
